First off, I appreciate Mariner Finance approving my loan and helping me out of a jam. Tracey was a joy to work with and we did the loan paperwork relatively quickly. Her co-workers and the office manager were equally delightful and brought me a lot of insight into the loan and some options I went with. I would have rated 5 stars but I had to return the next day as my file had been erased by the computer. I didn't mind but its a 45 minute drive one way down from the Plateau and I ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes for them to recreate the file which could have been done before I arrived at the agreed time, in my opinion. Again, these things happen and I am still pleased with my interaction with Mariner Finance. I highly recommend them. True story!
