I have a full understanding of exactly what is going on with my rates and my payments and they were also very flexible about giving me the due date that I wanted. I have no complaint about Mariner. I really miss the young woman with the brown hair who used to work in the front — she was always amazing. The manager, though, is truly one of the most professional people I’ve ever met. I believe they were once at the front as an assistant manager, and now I see why they’ve advanced. While the woman in the back wasn’t able to help me get a loan, the manager took the time to explain clearly why I didn’t qualify and made sure I understood everything. It’s the little things like that — not being judged and being treated with respect — that really stand out. Overall, I really appreciate the professionalism here, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Victor called me and set up an appointment, I uploaded all my documents online prior to coming in and was all set when I arrived.
